My daughter and I have had an exceptional experience with Dr Lupi and his entire team. From my initial consultation with Ms. Kim to the current refinement stage of my Invisalign treatment, they have been professional, attentive, friendly and caring. The progress of my treatment has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my new smile in progress. The office environment is very welcoming, the receptionists greet you with a smile and know you by name which is very personable and friendly. They have been very accommodating when scheduling our appointments especially with my work schedule and my daughter’s school schedule. We enjoyed participating in practice contests to earn more points for a gift card reward! When I notified them I was moving, they made everything possible for me to complete my treatment by the time I relocate. I highly recommend Lupi Orthodontics to anyone seeking invisalign, braces or top-notch orthodontic care!
