I was very concerned about finding a doctor that would have the patience and empathy to work with my special needs child. Dr. Lupi and his team of true professionals exceeded my expectations. They listened. They cared and approached my daughters treatment with care and compassion. I have no regrets and her treatment was beyond successful. We love Lupi Orthodontics!! After 2 years of trying to get my son started with care, Lupi gave us hope that he could help him. Dr. Lupi took the time to explain everything and discussed the benefits of starting sooner rather then waiting which was the answer we received from other offices.

His breathing has improved significantly and he is even sleeping better. I’m less then 8 months, his confidence has sky rocketed and the improvement in his smile makes this momma happy.

I love everybody there, they are all so nice and helpful. I love doing all the special events Dr. Lupi has planned for his patients, like Patient Appreciation Day, and all of his fun contests. I also love the Lupi Loot system which can earn you gift cards.

Every time that I come to Dr. Lupi’s office I always feel welcome the front office staff has always let me know what I can do and where the newest contest is. The staff in the back are always s encouraging when I am in the chair and Dr. Lupi is always knows when I’m doing my best with my Invisalign. I really like this office and being a patient here.

My visits are always so smooth! I love the clean environment, friendly stuff, no wait time. Honestly, it was hard to get used to invisalign, however everyone in Dr. Lupi's office makes me so confident and comfortable that it helped me to get used to them fast and I like them now. I know that I will love my smile once finish with the treatment and that is super exciting!!!

They truly care! Dr. Lupi and his staff are all amazing and knowledgeable. Im almost done with my treatment. Apps are always on time, great customer service, no billing issues. I found out I was allergic to latex and they went above and beyond to give me different rubber bands and called me to check how I was feeling after the allergic reaction.
